The Leapfrog Award

The Leapfrog award is for younger students, with the aim of acknowledging and rewarding those aged 13 and over for their individual achievements.

The main focus on this award is to ‘Endeavour’ and ‘Enrich’.

The Endeavour Strand is focusing on self-improvement. Examples can include behaviour, social situations, addressing personal challenges or fears, learning a new life skill e.g. literacy, cooking a meal, first aid, atm training, e-safety, arts, crafts, music, sports, swimming, conservation, environmental skills. A new skill should be shared and presented to a group either via a discussion or photographs/videos

The Enrich Strand is an activity to benefit someone else. This could include helping care for elderly or young children. Volunteering for a charity or community group. Neighbourhood help such as shopping, cleaning, landscaping, dog walking, organising a local event to raise money for a good cause.
